How Reprog Works

Reprog guides you through a 3-step voice conversation. You describe a goal, watch it in a calm state, and take in what fits. The whole thing takes about 15 minutes.

1

Describe your goal

You start by talking about something you want — a career move, a creative project, a relationship change, a habit. Anything. You say it out loud, and the AI listens.

Then it asks questions. Not generic ones — specific ones designed to turn a vague idea into something vivid. Who's around you when this goal is real? What does success actually look like on a Tuesday morning? What's different about how you feel? The more detail, the better this works.

This step usually takes about 5 minutes. By the end, you have a detailed, sensory-rich picture of your goal — not a bullet point.

2

Watch it play out

This is the part that surprises people. The AI guides you to recall a real memory from your life — a moment when you felt genuinely at peace. A place, a feeling, a time when everything was okay. This becomes your "anchor memory."

In that calm, relaxed state, your goal shows up — like a scene playing on a screen in front of you. Your only job is to watch. You don't try to control it, analyze it, or change it. You just observe.

Here's where it gets interesting: the goal starts changing on its own. Sometimes it shifts slightly — a detail changes, the feeling shifts. Sometimes it transforms into something quite different. Sometimes parts of it fade away entirely.

That's your real self weighing in. The calm state bypasses the overthinking brain and lets a deeper part of you evaluate whether this goal actually fits who you are. If it needs adjusting, it adjusts. If it doesn't belong, it fades.

This step usually takes about 10 minutes. It's the core of the method.

3

Take it in

Whatever survived step 2 — the version of your goal that your real self approved — you now integrate it. The AI guides you through condensing that scene into a feeling, a warmth, something compact that you can carry with you.

You might feel it in your chest, your hands, your whole body. It's not foreign — it fits, because it came from you. You breathe it in. The goal stops being an external thing you're chasing and starts being part of who you are.

This step takes about 5 minutes. It's quieter and more personal than the first two.

What this is not

Not therapy. There's no diagnosis, no treatment, no therapist. You're working through goals, not processing trauma.

Not meditation. You're not clearing your mind or focusing on your breath. You're having an active conversation and watching specific imagery.

Not hypnosis. You're fully aware and in control the entire time. Nothing is being suggested to you — you're observing what your own mind produces.

Not magic. We don't fully understand why this works as well as it does. But the process is practical, repeatable, and grounded in something real — your own self-knowledge.
